THE BLUE LOTUS

Take my hand and lead me

To the lotus lily lake

Where the sun reflects our thoughts upon the water

And we drink the light with our eyes...

Take my hand and sit with me in silence

So I may hear the sound of the white petals

And float my contemplation on your leaves of love

Take me home to the water´s depths

And leave me silent in the wisdom of the deepest blue

Let me rise again to touch the sky

To be at One with You in Infinity´s gaze

Within and Beyond...

Osho on Yoga

"You can be flowing even with Yoga.
Don’t be very rigid; help people to be flowing, and then you will come closer to the real Yoga spirit. These rigid Yoga teachers are not really yogis; they are just gymnasts. They themselves are rigid and they are trying to impose their rigidity on others too.

Help people to be alive, not rigid. Help people to be more flexible, flowing, adapting, human. Don’t make them into machines. It is not only a question of doing certain Yoga postures. Those postures can be learned by any idiot easily; in fact if a person is an idiot he will learn faster. The question is not only of Yoga postures; those Yoga postures have to be used only for a certain life source inside, as a provocation. It should not become like an army drill; it should be more like a dance. Just keep that in mind and there will be no problem, and you will be of immense help.

Let Yoga be a kind of dance; keep that quality in mind. Don’t be rigid and don’t try to force forms on people. Rather, help them to find their own dance. Each one has a different kind of body, and when you start forcing a certain form on everybody this is a regimentation. The form has to be used just as a jumping-board and then everybody has to find his own way to use it. Make your Yoga more feminine and you will be of great help to people. That is a need that has to be fulfilled: Yoga has to be taken from the rigid people.

I am going to experiment with more flowing forms, with more freedom. Use Patanjali and his Yoga postures as jumping-boards and then let everybody seek and search for his own form, his own being, for whatsoever he feels good with. The work of a Yoga teacher is not to impose a certain discipline forcibly but to provoke the inner consciousness of the person so that he starts loving his body, so he starts playing with his body as if it is a musical instrument. It is!

Help the person to become aware of the mysteries of the body. There are infinite mysteries. Somewhere in your body a buddha is hidden — he has to be discovered. From the lowest to the highest, all is hidden in the body; the body is a ladder. You can find hell in it and you can find heaven in it. Help people to search, to seek, become more aware and alert about their bodies, about their health, their well-being, their wholeness. This is true Yoga. Form is immaterial; form is only a formality. Start teaching from the form but soon help them to go beyond form. And when they transcend form they will have infinite joy and freedom available to them. They will be grateful to you and you will also enjoy the work, because then it will not be just a dead routine; it will be more poetic. And you will also be able to explore new things.

Patanjali has not exhausted Yoga; nobody can exhaust anything ever. But the Indian mind is traditional. Since Patanjali they have not developed Yoga at all; they cling to the form. This is stupid. There is no need to cling to Patanjali. Pay homage to Patanjali, he is a great pioneer, but there is no need to remain stuck with him; we have to search further.

Patanjali was never aware of these bodies that are available today. In Patanjali’s time a totally different body and a totally different body chemistry were available. Things have changed: man lives longer now. Man has developed more capacities in these ages; more potential has become actual, man is more intelligent. Man is more loving, more aware, alert. Each new generation is more intelligent than the previous one. We have to take account of all these things. Patanjali is just a beginning and a rudimentary beginning; it has to be developed, it has to be constantly developed.

Just think: if traditional people had stopped at Newton and they hadn’t allowed Einstein because they said “Enough is enough. Newton has done all” — then what would the situation of physics be? But they did not. We are not going to stop at Einstein either; we are growing and growing. If after three, four, centuries Einstein comes, he will be surprised! So should be the case with Yoga.

I am very happy that Yoga is getting out of this country, moving into new cultures. There it is bound to take new forms — less rigid, more exploratory. The West has much to contribute to Yoga, as yoga has much to contribute to the West. It is very good that many things that have remained stuck and dormant in India are moving out. It will be good, because new people will start trying new things. New postures can be developed, new body rhythms, new breathing processes.

Think of it as an exploration. Don’t think in rigid terms. You are not just to be there like a school teacher. Then you will enjoy it. I will help you to be free of the rigidity and that will make you more and more in tune with truth."

Coming to Our Senses

What is it we need to know at this time of Conscious Awakening?

Can we "let go?"

We have been taught that by aquiring knowledge we will be successful...
Yet in order to understand self realization we are asked to drop all that the mind has absorbed... as though emptying ourselves to become a divine receptacle.

By focusing on thoughts and images that represent the very nature of our existence... we may enter a new state of awareness of all that is...

Begin by identifying yourself with the abstract... feeling the intricate patterns of your energies... constantly changing and evolving..... Relax....
And prepare to meditate and experience the senses...
 Entering your Inner Temple.

  *Creative Meditatión of the Senses*

* My Soul lives in the temple of my body...
My Body abides in the temple of the Earth...
My Mind contemplates the Beauty of Nature´s Wonders...
Nature is the great temple for all souls to share, dance and celebrate.
* My eyes are the windows that reflect the outer and inner beauty of Existence..
Through the gift of Sight I behold colour, form and dimension...
* To Breathe is to inhale all Life into my Being..
The scent of fresh air brings Joy to my senses...
Touch offers me the gift of physical Love and
Oneness to become a bringer and giver of Life itself...
*  I listen to the Song of the Universe in my heart...
Receiving and celebrating with others the blessing
       of communication through my voice...
* I taste the richness of the fruits of the Earth..
  The sweetness of the nectar...
And the fresh, energizing salt sea of my Awareness..
*  I bathe in the waters of my rebirth..
My senses are fully awakened and ready.

 * At this very moment in the Now I celebrate the gift of my Existence...

* This Joy expands through my Heart Centre and connects me with the roots of the Earth.

* Mother wisdom holds me and nurtures me in a deep embrace...
Giving me the power and courage to arise as an Empowered Light Being.

Peace be within -  Namaste -

Timeless Eternity

Our attitude regarding the concept of time can either liberate us, or fill us with stress and fear according to our perception.

To consider this simply, we all experience the same 24 hours in one day, so really how can we ever blame Time for being insufficient? Do we not truthfully mean to say, we are too busy, and occupied? So why do we express or perceive this as a "lack" of Time itself?

This leads us to a frustratingly negative perception, which is fundamentally untrue. Would it not be more realistic to admit that Time is plentyful, and the choice is ours?

" I don´t have enough time..."
This phrase suggests a negative vibration to our psyche, and is also denying our personal responsibility.

We know our Time is established and regulated according to our orbit around the sun, in order to measure periods of daylight and darkness, the natural function of the Cosmos.

By shifting our consciousness towards a more Universal perspective by considering that TIME is Limitless and Infinite, it may be equalled to LIFE itself.
Claiming to own, or even lack something so vast or untangible suddenly becomes impossible.

Would we ever say " I don´t have enough LIFE "?
So therefore is there not all the TIME in the World? A liberating and relaxing thought...

Perhaps it´s "Time" to reconsider how TIME is Endless and Boundless...
and in realizing this we are opening the Inner Portal, the Gateway to Absolute Timeless Eternity...

NAMASTE

♡ "To See Things in the Seed, That is Genius" - Quotes by Lao Tzu

LAO TZU - FATHER OF TAOISM or "Daoism"

According to Chinese tradition, Lao Tzu lived in the 6th century BC and was keeper of the archives at the imperial court. It is said that when he was eighty years old he set out for the western border of China, toward what is now Tibet, saddened and disillusioned that men were unwilling to follow the path to natural goodness. At the border, a guard, Yin Xi, asked Lao Tzu to record his teachings before he left. He then composed in 5,000 characters the Tao Te Ching (The Way and Its Power).

The central vehicle of achieving tranquillity was the Tao, or "Dao" a term which has been translated as 'the way' or 'the path.' Te in this context refers to virtue and Ching refers to laws. Thus the Tao Te Ching could be translated as The Law (or Canon) of Virtue and it's Way.
Lao Tzu translated literally from Chinese means "old master" or "old one".

11 Quotes by Lao Tzu

* If you cannot find the Truth right where you are, where else do you expect to find it?

* When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.

* To the mind that is still, the whole Universe surrenders.

* Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are.

* When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you.

* Simplicity, patience, compassion. These three are your greatest treasures.

* The World is ruled by letting things take their course.

* The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.

* Music in the Soul can be heard by the Universe.

* Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.

* Knowing others is wisdom; Knowing oneself is enlightenment.

**1:1:11**Cosmic Awakening January 1st 2011**

Dear Friends,
I am sharing a Message received from a Meditational Group with information on Numerology, Sacred Codes, DNA and Ascension, trusting it may be of interest to you.

"2011 is a critical year in the choices mankind will make in preparation for the planetary shift that will occur in 2012. The same time cycles that are part of the Mayan calendar are also the same as the early Vedic cultures. 2011 is the Year we may FOCUS on returning to earth´s spirituality which belongs to everyone, and truly become more AWARE of the time cycle of the natural world.

Numbers and numeric codes, define our existence. Human DNA, our genetic memory, is encoded to be triggered by digital codes at specific times and frequencies. Those codes awaken the mind to the change and evolution of consciousness. 11:11 is one of those codes, meaning activation of DNA. 11:11 will be most significant this year as it is designed to awaken the Shamanic Mind within all of mankind. The same time frequency that nature follows.

Physically seeing 11:11 can begin to create synchronicities in your life. Two significant activations are to take place this year.

1:1:11 which creates 1111 and November 11 – 11:11:11. This promises to accelerate consciousness toward 2012.

11 is a double digit and is therefore considered a Master or Power Number. Because eleven is the first number, which cannot be represented by a human using his or her ten fingers, it is often considered a mysterious number. Eleven is a higher octave of the number two. It carries psychic vibrations and has an equal balance of masculine and feminine properties. It contains many gifts such as psychic awareness. 11:11 is a wake-up code when we physically see it on digital clocks and watches. It serves as a key to unlock the subconscious mind, our genetic encoded memories, that we are divine spirits having a physical experience. The code awakens the memory of our soul during the time of the rise and fall of civilizations, our personal experiences and lessons, loops in time. They are cycles of time that create and recreate following the blueprint. 11 represents spiraling twin strands of human DNA moving into a higher frequency of consciousness.

11+11=22 and 22 is a Master number, an initiation cycle.

Once the life code has been activated, you may experience a sudden awakening after which reality is never the same. This will create clarity, healing and balance. Once you open the Door to the remembrance and the awakening, your soul will automatically and quickly move you through many experiences. Your consciousness is expanding and therefore you can, manifest faster and with greater comprehension, becoming more aware of the meaning of synchronicity that will become more and more frequent. They are created by your soul as you begin to realize your full potential.

11:11 signals changes in your life. As we move into the year of the Rainbow Serpent and the return of the dreaming, the first wave of light to assist in the awakening of the rainbow nation will be on January 1, 2011. (1:1:11). As we create a Circle of Divine Light to anchor this wave of energy to our planet and each of us move through a conscious shift in our DNA this opens us to the rememberance activating the shamanic mind to create the new dream."

The Authentic Self

On life´s journey we may come to realise we are portraying several roles which strangely appear to have little to do with our true inner self.

Surely when we are finally able to express ourselves naturally on every dimension, we are then in the flow of our spiritual destiny?

This can be a major challenge, as we are constantly faced with choices upon how to dedicate time and energy, and with whom to share and participate.

How often do we feel we are having a superficial conversation, and how frequently do we truly resonate with another in what we perceive to be authentic communication?

In actual fact, the more authentic we become, through understanding ourselves within, the greater is our ability to express ourselves sincerely and openly. Paradoxically however, we may come to realise how artificial some interactions with others can be. On the other hand, other relationships may become deeper and more meaningful.

As we become more spiritually aware, the meditation upon "I Am" becomes a deeper experience, and much of what "I Am Not" resurfaces and begins to fall away.

This process can involve changing friendships, leaving behind old habits and interests, undertaking new paths and perspectives. This may even lead to making a strong lifechanging decision.

Some of the greatest tests of authenticity may be found in our behaviour. Are we able to speak and act equally in both the presence, and in the absence of key people in our lives?

Authenticity requires inner soul searching, and calls upon our sense of honour, virtue and courage to be true to our own hearts without fear of the consequences or rejection.

Complete honesty with oneself leads to recognition of our shadow self or "dark side" which we sometimes mistakenly project upon others through blame and judgement. Can we truly accept seeing ourselves in the mirror at these times of confrontation with others?

Healing through forgiveness of the self and others illuminates the path of love and understanding. It encompasses and embraces our light within so it may shine projecting us onwards towards rewarding authentic relationships and joyful conscious communication.

Everpresent, the soul emerges in splendour after shedding all conditioned thinking, imposed beleifs and ideals to find freedom.

The Authentic Self is powerful yet humble, vulnerable yet strong...
Our unique gift and inner guide to self realization.

Ascension´s Song of Unity

All, in essence is Vibration.

The sounds we create ourselves express our state of being.

The words we speak are our personal Mantras.

This is why, explained simply, we benefit from singing chants, meditating with sacred sounds, and speaking positive affirmations.

On a subtle level, our thoughts are constantly vibrating, emitting frequencies to our bodies and the energy fields around us.

This is our continuous interaction with our surrounding world, and when these vibrations clash in disharmony we may experience discomfort, eventually leading to illness as the negative emotions disturb and block vital energy conduits in our being.

As we learn to choose to focus upon thoughts and words that uplift ourselves and others, we are making a conscious intention to maintain a positive, healthy frequency. This is turn attracts others that mirror our own vibration, guiding us towards a harmonious existence.

This portrays to us how change starts within, leading towards the change we wish to see and experience.

By consciously choosing a beautiful Inner Melody, our personal song unfolds into a symphony of Joy and Harmony on every dimension. These are the chords to strike silently in our hearts as we remember the truth of who we truly are, as Light Beings of Love and Compassion.

Mother Earth pulsates and resonates with our heartbeat, and the Elements within and without us in constant tranformation. Time moves faster as we spin towards the Galactic Center of the Milky Way.

It is time for us to sing in unison, for now is our opportunity to vibrate, elevate, and ascend together. More than ever before, those who hear the calling in their hearts are coming together to realize how powerful we truly are.

As we allow our Sacred Song of Love to be heard we resonate with that of the Cosmos that sings back to us.

* In Love and Gratitude to All My Lightworker Friends *

* From the Heart of the Cosmos to Humanity we Return *

* And Vibrate as One Love - One Truth *

* Namaste *

YOGA IS UNION

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Why am I here?
What is my purpose and who am I?
A spiritual being living a human experience?
These are basic questions we ask ourselves in order to discover our own deepest Truth.
In a complex world of conflict and "material illusion" the distractions are many; but when we hear the calling to connect with our souls to understand who we truly are, these questions may be answered through our own personal experience.
We are born on this earth as single physical individuals and leave the same way, empty handed, so whilst we are in this lifetime, what is really worth striving for?
What is worth achieving or accumulating that we cannot take with us?
Yet the wisdom of our soul is already within us, waiting to be reawakened and nurtured on it..s journey through existence.
By allowing ourselves to "seek within", through meditation and self awareness, we are able to recognize our own loving nature, and our pure soul qualities that are worth developing and sharing with others.
It is possible to cleanse and purify the body, the mind and subconscious where all our mental "clutter" lies leading us to behaviour we sometimes cannot even control or comprehend.
We begin to understand that aloneness is a state of mind, and separation an illusion, for together we all form the holographic Universe.
As we attain the capacity to see ourselves as mirrors reflecting one another, we realize
"We are all One".

The ancient word of wisdom "Yoga" means "Union".
Through meditational practice, prayer, conscious techniques or tools of awareness, and through our visualization and own free will, we encounter a true purpose for Humanity: a Light, a vision, that as a growing number of souls unite in the consciousness of being "One" we are uplifting ourselves and the total vibration of our Planet.

May We Unite in Truth and Love~ In an Infinite Circle of Light~ In the Power of Now~

The Greatest Truth

Image Hosted by ImageShack.usLife is an adventure in awareness when we realize that the search begins by "going within". When we are able to become our own observer our consciousness expands far beyond the limited space of our physical bodies and we experience ourselves as the temples of our soul. Through meditative awareness and acceptance we may experience love in its purest unconditional form. Love is our very creative essence. By using our creative talents and capacities for a higher purpose we align ourselves with the divine plan. As we honour and respect fellow souls on their path, we unite in kindness to empower ourselves. This is our ultimate gift of potential healing and liberation... our unlimited capacity of love.

A Woman

I am the embodiment of the common thread of female consciousness.
My joy, my creativity, my sorrow and humility extend to the world.
I feel the rejoicing and the rejection.
My compassion extends to those in torture and suffering.
My gratitude grounds my being when I realize how fortunate I am as a woman.

We have been mistreated and trodden upon.
We have been worshipped and loved.
We are being sacrificied to this day, yet we are receptacles of creation.
We have been taught to fear men.
We have learnt to love them.
Beyond our masculine and feminine identities we are of one essence.
We are all in potentiality...
One Love ♥
